Utilizing a fully digital high definition LBR (Laser Beam Recorder) system, cdi has the capability to produce micro fringes ranging from shallow to very deep and to quickly expose much larger areas than e-beam technology. cdi is capable of a much greater range of optical features and techniques than other systems and is much brighter and more flexible than traditional holography. The cdi system is compatible with a wide range of photo-resists and developers and allows for customizable fringe widths and duty cycle control to accommodate a vast range of products and applications.
